West Malvern
Village Hall Trust

The Hall is run by a Trust ~ The West Malvern Village Hall Trust ~ which is also a Registered Charity (No. 512293)

Every year the Trust has an AGM and a committee of trustees is elected to run the hall for the next twelve months.

The most recent AGM of the Trust was in the autumn of 2008.

At the meeting of the WMVHT Committee on Tuesday 10th February 2009, Helen

documentation, as set out in the Constitution.
