Health and Feng Shui
If you have a health problem,
you should always consult your GP and other relevant medical authorities.
Feng Shui and Dowsing do not make claim to
cure specific ailments.
The world is constantly changing, as indeed we are.
These changes can be beneficial to us, or detrimental.
Feng Shui and dowsing can help identify what is going on. They can also identify the adjustments that can be made so that we are in the best state to take on the challenges we face.
For example, if your bed is in a location which is subject to 'detrimental earth energies', this may drain your energy, and as a result you may be more vulnerable.
Dowsing can identify such detrimental energies, and appropriate action can then be taken.
The shape of your immediate environment can also affect you in different ways. We are familiar with the disadvantages of living in a house which is damp, but damp is only one of the more obvious signs that something is adrift. Feng Shui can identify what is wrong at an energetic level, and what can be done about it.
Feng Shui is a large subject, and includes three broad categories of influence :
Detrimental earth energies fall into the third category.
Well-being can also be affected by aspects of the other two categories
Influences from above
This includes the effect of time and the seasons. It is usually referred
to as Chinese Astrology and is a huge subject. A key relationship with
well-being is that if we are acting appropriately for a time and situation, all
should be well, but if we are fighting against the order of things, this may not
do us any good. Feng Shui can help to identify the issues, and the appropriate
action that can be taken.
The art of Feng Shui is sometimes described as being 'In the right place, at the right time, facing the right direction, doing the right thing'.
Influences from around us
Our environment affects us in a variety of ways. In addition to the
obvious needs for shelter, warmth, security, etc, there are more subtle aspects which
need to be taken into consideration. Few people feel comfortable if
someone is standing over them, or if a table knife is accidentally pointed at
them. 'Form School Feng Shui' goes into this in some depth, and from such an
analysis action can be identified which will improve the situation.
Feng Shui also considers that the same environment may have different effects on different members of the same family, and that this can vary over time.
